Usui Reiki Level 1

Usui Reiki Level 1 is the foundation level for initiating the Reiki flow into you for life. It is ideal for anyone who wants to help themselves to improve vitality and health, and achieve calmness and peace. This 1- day workshop teaches the traditional Usui Reiki which does not require any religious or spiritual background.

 

At the end of the class. students will get to learn how to perform Reiki healing on themselves.

• Introduction to Energy and Healing

• Usui Reiki history and background

• 5 Principles of Reiki

• Reiki Attunements

• Balancing of Chakras

• Full body healing treatment

• First aid treatment

• Intuitive Healing treatment

• Usui Reiki 1 Certificate
